The Craft Club is run every Tuesday and Wednesday at Second Break outside of Miss Pretorius' classroom (1B). Its targeted audience is Year 1 and 2, however, students from other year levels are more than welcome to join us too.
Craft club allows students to express their creativity through inspiring and fun hands on activities. It gives them many opportunities to improve their fine motor skills through cutting, drawing and manipulating different types of materials as well as helping improve their hand/eye coordination, listening skills, following instructions and their ability to take turns when sharing equipment. They also get to socialise with students from different classes in safe and supportive environment.
